In just a few short years, NPPC, a volunteer-led, grassroots organization, has become a joyful and visible force for connection, celebration, and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community in New Paltz and the greater Hudson Valley. Our vision is bold: to create a safe, welcoming, and affirming Pride Center in New Paltz. With your help, we’re getting closer every day.

GOALS FOR THE COALITION

Make strong and lasting connections to the diverse LGBTQ+ community in New Paltz by offering signature programs and events.

Build our financial security as a coalition by engaging in consistent fundraising practices, grant opportunities, and securing sponsorships to support our events.

Work strategically to secure to Pride Center “home” for the NPPC Board, staff and volunteer to this important work, together.

Remain consistent in our mission and vision to create a safe and affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community in New Paltz.
WE ARE MAKING PROGRESS!
The New Paltz Pride Coalition is now an official nonprofit organization! We can now work toward a physical location where we can host events, provide resources and give our community a place to gather.
